Buy Jetboil Flash

It is as if this stove was made purely for this section of the review. You may be able to tell from its name, the Jetboil Flash is built to boil water in a flash. It can boil a liter of water in right around three and a half minutes. The Jetboil website states that the Flash can boil 500 ml of water in only 100 seconds.

9 steps might seem like a lot, but none of these steps take more than 8 seconds to complete. I know this is technically a Jetboil flash review, not a tutorial, but for those who are inexperienced with backpacking stoves, the following steps will show you how:

The Jetboil flash cooking system does exactly what it promises to do, over and over and over. I recently used it for every single meal and every sip of coffee on a 4-night backpacking trip in the North Cascades.

The Jetboil flash is made to do one thing perfectly: boil water in under 2 minutes, and it does that perfectly. A side-benefit of that is that the cooking system never really gets dirty, since you never use it to cook the actual food, only to heat the water. You can use it with other cooking pots to make more traditional meals, but you can avoid a TON of cleaning by just boiling water for dehydrated meal pouches.

Yes, you can use the Jetboil Flash with the stainless steel pot attachment to cook food in any sized pot or pan. On its own, the Jetboil Flash is best used to boil water fast and pasta or noodles for one person. But the pot attachment allows you to cook larger and more extravagant meals for multiple people.\n" }},"@type": "Question","name": "Is the Jetboil Flash worth it?","url": " -flash-stove/#IstheJetboilFlashworthit?","answerCount": 1,"acceptedAnswer": "@type": "Answer", "text": "The Jetboil Flash is reasonably priced for an integrated canister stove that comes complete with an insulated cup for boiling water, a plastic bowl, and a measuring cup. I love my jetboil! My girlfriend and I used it for the firs time backpacking a couple of weeks ago. It I amazing!!! Super lightweight, very efficient on file, and heats up so fast. It made meal time so efficient, and gave us more time to enjoy what we hiked in for. Also the color changing indicator is great!!

I bought jetboil flash burner 2 years ago...used it about 10 times-about 3 backpacking trips.. 2 canisters of fuel in total. I sat a pot on it with a lower flange and it ended up melting the flash burner bad. Can I send a pic and discuss a replacement??

The Jetboil Flash Cooking System is designed for weight savings so you won't have to break your back when venturing out into the backcountry. This integrated canister stove includes a 1 L pot, stainless steel burner with simmer control, sip lid, measuring cup, and insulated pot cozy with a heat indicator. All components nest together for compact storage in your pack. An efficient burner design and the simple push-button igniter will have you boiling water and rehydrating meals in a flash. Reaching the boiling point in as little as 100 seconds means not only will you enjoy a hot meal or cup of coffee quicker, but also carry less fuel. 041b061a72
